| The Great Gallery
Located in southern Utah, The Great Gallery represents the largest
panel of archaic pictographic figures, many of them lifesize. These stylized
beings have mesmorized time travelers for millennia. From this artwork and
the few remains these nomadic people left behind - sandals, stone tools
and baskets - we can only guess the beliefs, hopes and fears of those who
roamed this canyon thousands of years ago. |
